Jeff Thompson

I have been a teacher for 30 years, 21 of those as a principal or vice principal.  My wife and I have three children, one boy and two girls.

I am proud to be the Principal of such a unique school as Bowden Grandview. The idea of a K to 12 school has always intrigued me, I love the idea of a community school where students arrive in kindergarten and graduate from the same school after spending 13 years with many of the same adults. This is what we call our K to 12 Advantage and after 13 years the adults in this building have a very clear understanding of each student and work to take advantage of that relationship in order to help each child become successful.

This school is full of amazing students doing amazing things with the help of amazing staff and parents.
